eco-conception guidelines review

General description

The Orange Eco-Conception team started to write some guideline. They are at a very first draft stage and are still being updated.

The objective is to perform an assessment of what exists today and identify:

what could be clarified
what could be updated
what is missing
what we should do in the current ODS guidelines to be more compatible with those guidelines

Implementation Tasks

[ ] review the existing guideline
[ ] provide feedback on the assessment
[ ] list further actions in new git issues

Relevant actions on our side:

Tooling/Mesure energy impact: Use Google tools to watch metrics that could badly impact the energy consumption.
Use of assets: Take a look to the Medium article then check our assets
Be careful with the use of animations and web views
