[P1][A11Y] : update the accessibility button label in about menu #766

v0.18.0

Describe the issue

To be conform to the law, we have to change the menu label "Accesibility statement" by "Accessibility: partially conform" image

Expected Behavior

In menu, replace "Accesibility statement" by "Accessibility: partially conform"
