Description

Create the basics of a documentation.

Here are some tasks not to forget while doing it:

• [ ] If any images are used, please fill the NOTICE.txt file
• [ ] Add in DEVELOP.md how developers can build and render the library locally (see https://github.com/Orange-OpenSource/ods-ios/blob/qualif/.github/DEVELOP.md)
• [ ] Add in READMEs references to the URL of the documentation: ios.unified-design-system.orange.com (see https://github.com/search?q=repo%3AOrange-OpenSource%2Fods-ios%20orange-opensource.github.io&type=code in ODS iOS)

@ludovic35 Did you have enough practice of DooC to build kind of documentation as web pages? I may remember you made some expriment or PoC about it 🤔

Still somme issues on doc generation:

• multi targets in package not well supported https://stackoverflow.com/questions/70829483/how-to-link-to-documentation-from-another-module-package-in-xcode-docc
• need to update supported target masosx

What we need to improve

• update the top level index.html to integrate content described at ouds level
• update tapics area on the left of the web site
• perhaps update css to orange branded
