Erroneous New Version Availablle message #339

Describe the bug Sometimes when restore the app on Windows 10 after it's been minimized, get a dialog in the lower-left telling me a new version is available. I check the version from the "About" dialog, and it's 5.1.1, then I go to github to find that the current release is still 5.1.1.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Restore the app on Windows 10

Expected behavior No dialog telling me there's a new version

Screenshots The attached screenshot shows the app with its "About" dialog on top of it. I highlighted the version number and the "New Version" dialog.

That is a new version for the embedded web page not the actual app. Clicking refresh should reload the page and dismiss the error.
