Dark Mode #22

This pull request adds a dark mode toggle to the application.

This is so cool! I was originally planning to do a complete custom theme using LoL color scheme. Then I sticked to default semantic-ui theme because I focused more on features than aesthetics. But now I think I'll leave it as it is, and of course I'll merge your dark-mode addition when I'm ready for the next release. Thanks!
