First run this program than run skype and it will work perfectly.

When trying here, Skype Auto Answer tries to start Skype automatically but can 
not do so. The Skype "offline"-symbol shows up in systray and stays that way. 
No skype window opening. So I'd have to quit skype again, then start it 
manually before Skype Auto Answer tries again. Then Skype comes up, loggs in 
and Skype Auto Answer can access it. A little complicated I'd say ...
