Setting a payment option

• Set a payment option when adding an expense
• Ability to add in a credit card.
• If we want the user to be able to say they can pay in cash, add this option to payments as well
  • Should cash payments not go through right away and give the receiver the option to accept or deny a cash payment?
    • Reasoning being that a payer does not just say they paid in cash and then never pay the expense
• If setting that receiver needs to accept or deny we would need to set up an alert system to let them know they have a pending cash payment request.
