Sync logged plays
Allow the play to be edited and sent to BGG
Need an option to enable this (ala GeekBuddies)
Need a new LoggedPlaysActivity
LogPlayActivity needs to be enhanced to handle edits (only supports adds)
While there, investigate adding offline support for logging plays (just save it 
to the DB, and send to BGG later)
