Account permission not explained #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to the app store
2. click to install program
3. app requests permission to manage accounts on the phone and full network 
access

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only full network access should be required

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
current version on play store, using android 4.2

Please provide any additional information below.
There's nothing in the app description that indicates that it should require 
access to accounts on the phone.
