Hi, This is a high priority issue. We have tested it many times and its working perfectly. There might be some other issues.

Please let us know few things so, we can fix this issue asap. Which Email clients you are using? Gmail/Apple/Outlook? Are you using the Sendgrid Email sending in Orangescrum? Or you did some changes in the code and using any other SMTP email sending? In the mean time, we are also working on sending Emails through different ways like, Sendgrid or Mandrill or SMTP emails.
