Add suicide/resign option #1

As title said, allow user to retract themselves from the game via death. Will give elimination to the person targeting them

Good for if a user doesn't want to play the game anymore or is killed and finds it faster to suicide than to look up code and send it - codes are a bit long and hard to memorize, so would require user to look it up on their device regardless.
