On Interval Start, warn the timer that the start is about to happen. Same as in Olympic down hill races.
As the interval counts down, then a low tone of "Do, Do", then a screeching "Beep" for start. Do, Do, BEEEEEP"
Do this for each interval.
This will slow the interval, up so you need at least 3 seconds between intervals but this is ok. Can't set interval to every second. Don't this this would happen.
But, it make sure the Intervals don't get away form someone due to inattention.
