Higher Important: default on "user label" to be just numbers with no zeros in front....
When a tag is scanned automatically, or one is read on the fly and not enrolled, here is the problem...
Assume Bib 114 is read on the fly. It automatically gets enrolled as 00000114 and this number shows as the USER label. It should be 114 only. Please automatically have the default as numbers. Then if the user wants to change they can do it.
The reason is that numbers is what is in the Tag file for User Label. Doing it another way creates lots of manual work to fix.
