Please @Orbmu2k, can you re-enable useful older Frame Rate Limiters options?

Frame Rate Limiter Frame Rate Limiter Mode

Why? Because they fixed problematic micro-stuttering and video refresh issues with some old games, where Frame Rate Limiter V3 isn't effective instead. Is it possible, or would simply fail with recent drivers?
