ReBar some options went away #174

Maybe this is only on my end, but since the new driver came out, my rebar settings are different.

Yes from my tests it looks like games which don't need any special options or a size limit now only need rbar-feature set to enabled and it will work just fine so it looks like Nvidia just streamlined it a bit in this driver version.
