why the **** are y'all laughing at the 2.3.0.13 release. The count gets higher every couple of days.

I think they think it's just a smiley face. But perhaps there was a laughable bug as it is the "pre-release". I think opening an issue about it was very unnecessary/spammy. Should leave this area for actual bugs, and give the developer (+1). Always download the newest revision.
