Image classifications on User page should show all classifications #482

Description

The current user page (viewing from an admin account) only shows image classifications where that user has assigned the value true for a cop being present in the photos. Classifications where false was chosen do not show up in that view, and they probably should!

I just classified an image as false and viewed the profile using a different user account. It does seem like we show false classifications. Would you mind double-checking this?
