Reset active filters on back button from publicaitons

Publication filter count on badge was not reseting after going back to home page

I select All / Publications : Filter / Year = 1910
Then I go back to the homepage of scientific evidence, I select “Other land” / Publications / Filter
I can see that 2 filters are still selected on the left and one on the right:

Thanks @Bluesmile82. If you read this comment, you'll also see that there is another case that you can reproduce on demo:

This year, 1910, probably does not exist for the new land use type. I think we should probably reset it when the land use type is changed.

In the comment, I also said that the same problem can occur with the journal and country filter. Would that be possible to reset all 3?

@clementprdhomme I reset all the rest of filters for consistency
