Add a new basemap option

This PR adds a new basemap option and updates the UI of the basemap selector to match the design.

Acceptance criteria

• On all the modules, there is a way to choose between 3 basemaps:
  • Satellite
  • Light
  • Relief: https://leaflet-extras.github.io/leaflet-providers/preview/#filter=Esri.WorldShadedRelief
• The following attributions are displayed when the relief basemap is active:
  • « Tiles © Esri — Source: Esri »
• The default basemap of the Scientific Evidence module is https://leaflet-extras.github.io/leaflet-providers/preview/#filter=Esri.WorldShadedRelief
