Update the platform's name and logos #42

This PR updates the platform's name, logo and adds ORCaSa's logo as well.

Acceptance criteria

There are new logos on the left navigation bar of the modules:
- Top left:

- Alternative text: “Impact4Soil”
- Bottom left:
- There is a sentence before the logo: « A project by: »

- The changes applies to all the modules (including Scientific Evidence)
All the pages of the application contain the name “Impact4Soil”
