[Network] Redesign

This PR implements the redesign of the Network modules.

It also makes the active filters visible in the main sidebar in the Practices and Datasets modules.

• Organisation detail view
  • The network diagram shows two levels of data: Organisation → Initiative → Organisation
  • The map shows two levels of data:
    • The organisation itself
    • The initiatives related to that organisation
    • The organisations contributing to these initiatives
• Initiative detail view
  • The network diagram shows two levels of data: Initiative → Organisation → Initiative
  • The map shows one level of data:
    • The initiative itself
    • The organisations related to that initiative
• The description of the initiative types is displayed in a modal that is triggered by an info button
  • Applies to the filter panels and initiative form
