I guess this makes sense how it has happened but probably wants to be cleaned up at some point.

EG:

http://gallery.orchardproject.net/Packages/Orchard.Module.Orchard.Email

is listed as owned by Admin but on the previous gallery:

http://orchardgalleryfe.cloudapp.net/List/Modules/Orchard.Module.Orchard.Email

It was attributed to The Orchard Team.
