Upgrade FluentNHibernate from version 1.0 to 2.x #1950

The current version of FluentNHibernate supported by Orchard is 1.0. This is a problem if you need to connect to DB2 databases. This is needed as soon as possible....

There are already a few issues regarding this. It needs a patch to work in medium trust, or Orchard will have to drop medium trust support. See issue http://orchard.codeplex.com/workitem/18020 and http://orchard.codeplex.com/workitem/17458.
