Allow convert expressions in Reflect Utlity #7411

I'm using the ReflectOn helper extensively and I keep on wondering why exactly these lines are commented out (I cannot find any hint in the files git history).

I don't know enough about what's going on in this class and what the possible caveats are, but uncommenting it for testing purposes seemed to work fine.
