Replace Fontawesome-iconpicker #14297

In the ContentFields project we a Fontawesome icon picker that uses old icons. In fact, the package we use is deprecated and should be replaced by something else.

Also I noticed FontAwesome renders slower than material icons

It would be nice to make the Icon picker extensible, this way if you don't prefer the Font Awesome you can use your own
