Menu leave site warning should use bootstrap modals #4429

The warning on leaving site should use bootstrap confirm modals too.

I expect this should handle page closing in the entire admin theme

Dean after a little investigation seems we are limited to change the message in some browsers

I already tried on this before, but during the limitation of the browsers we moved to backlog, but you are free to open a PR
