Too many redirects error navigating to themes-includes page #345

When navigting to this URL http://docs.orchardproject.net/en/latest/Documentation/themes-includes/ page says "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

It is because it is case sensitive. http://docs.orchardproject.net/en/latest/Documentation/Themes-includes/ works

In which file is there a link in lower case? Can you make a PR to fix it?
