Add Disqus comments to Orchard Docs #91

Added disqus comment snippet to _SiteLayout.cshtml and added a link to make a comment in the sidebar. Also added one line of css to give comments container some padding.

Thanks for the contribution. Before we merge it however, I'd like this to be discussed at the weekly meeting: how should this appear? Is it going to be a distraction? Who is going to moderate the comments?

My own two cents is that at the bottom of the page, it won't be a distraction. If you find you disagree, you could put it on a tab like Railscasts http://railscasts.com/episodes/417-foundation?view=comments does.

As for moderation, here is a page explaining Disqus' spam filtering https://help.disqus.com/customer/portal/articles/466244-dealing-with-spam and how different moderation options affect it.

If you decide you want to merge it, once you have pushed to the production site, you may need to log into disqus.com to get the website comments functioning. The “forum shortname” is “orcharddoc”. So the Disqus url is orcharddoc.disqus.com.

Did Sébastien share admin rights with anyone? What was his feedback on this?

No and we haven't discuss about that during the previous weekly committee meetings

I don't think adding comments will help with clarity. Now that I'm clear on how to edit the docs (submitting PRs via github), I think what is currently set up works.

I wouldn't mind having a Slack team that is open to everyone specifically for Orchard...
