Now hast new trait based system to implement new counting strategies. Already comes with new Line, Word, and Char counting options.
Added description for counting options
added new command line options, silent,
added options to override the summary, or per file display
added options to override the ignorelist
added better exit codes
and like a fair bit more that I have forgotten
