Half-elf with drow heritage

Describe the bug When you choose half-elf with drow heritage you get drow magic and still get 2 proficiencies from half-elf. Actually it should be either of them, not both.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to race
2. Click on half-elf
3. Click on drow
4. See the drow magic spells in the spell list plus the possibility to select additional 2 proficiencies.

Expected behavior The possiblitiy to choose either skill versatility or drow magic. The same wood make sense for the other half-elf subraces.

This is a limitation with the site at the moment due to how half-elves are hardcoded in. Unfortunately there isn't a good workaround at this point, not until we can upgrade the race builder to allow a choice of 2 or more different ability scores. Once that's implemented the half-elf can be rebuilt to function properly and saved as an orcbrew.
