[Enhancment] Hobgoblin Weapon Proficiency #216

How to recreate issue: Choose Race Hobgoblin [maybe other races with pick proficiency as race] I selected maul in this case. Add maul to inventory. Shows as not proficient.

Seems like it might stem from Weapon Proficiency Choice in the racial entry.

@datdamnzotz Hobgoblin is a base race not a subrace... I think? So this shouldn't be affected by 216?

I just made the reference because they might be related.

Hobgoblin isn't SRD, so this is Homebrew. Is weapon proficiency not working for all Homebrew races? @divertedcircle Thinking you might know without me needing to test.

Without knowing exactly which file the original poster was using it's hard to say whether this is a bug or a file issue. The larger issue is that Hobgoblins get a choice of weapon proficiencies however there's no way to grant them that choice via the race builder.
