Add Firearms Proficiency to source #361

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Gunslinger being as popular as it is, people don't have access to a firearm template. Building them and adding the proficiencies for each account is redundant.

Describe the solution you'd like Create firearms (Homebrew) and firearms (Homebrew) proficiency. Tag it as non official and let people use them as a template.
