Partial Deletion of Custom Content #453

In the Custom Content Menu, it seems to be currently impossible to delete parts of Custom Content Packs. I noticed this as i tried to copy a race into a second, new, Pack.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Custom Content
  2. Click on Any Content Pack
  3. Try to delete a part of the Pack, that is not the whole pack
  4. See it not being gone

Expected behavior

a non-existence of that item.

Content cannot be deleted if the content you are trying to delete does not exactly match the source name of the content. For example, if you try to delete a race from a content file name 'My_Homebrew' but when you edit the the race the source name is listed as 'My Homebrew', you will not be able to delete the content until the names match.
