Homebrew button when choosing proficiencys can't be turned off.

Describe the bug After selecting the homebrew option in the skill proficiency page, when you save it is on, even if you disabled before saving.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Character builder'
2. Click on 'Skills/proficiencies'
3. Select 'homebrew next to the lock button'
4. Save then turn off and save again
5. The homebrew button turns back on after saving Expected behavior

After saving it should remain off like before saving. Screenshots
