Destroying groundcover doesn't give items #22

When I destroying groundcover (Fallen Leaves and Twigs, Rocks and bones, Seashells and Pinecones) by left click on survival I don't get items like in creative. I use 1.3.2 version.

This was changed in 1.3.0. You have to right click it while sneaking to pick it up.
