Switch to using GRUB 2 #2

I wanted to switch to using GRUB 2, since GRUB Legacy is no longer updated (I don't think it was updated when this book was initially written), and GRUB 2 is distributed with a lot of Linux distros. Also, GRUB Legacy requires us to be distributing binary files. I made this a pull request because I want to know what people think of this modification.

I'm not going to merge this yet, since I found that I still need to go through all the chapters and check for discrepancies.

Also, if anyone wants to contribute to the pull request, you should be able to open a pull request on the branch switch-grub-2.
