There has been a slight change of plan here. Our intention was to issue surveys and then work on a UI, however, through internal discussion we realized that it would be beneficial to design a mock UI and identify existing issues within a biased hypothesis so that the surveys are accompanied by an existing UI, therefore resulting in more detailed and accurate feedback.

Our UI designs can be seen here. The progress can be tracked via this user journey map, which will probably change after the surveys have been conducted.
