Please see attached image of the error message that we got yesterday on the machine. When you meant clear out all of the old jobs does that mean to clear what is currently on the screen or all of the jobs from the server to the machine?

The error message happened twice last night both mid cuts. They removed and reloaded the program and finish the jobs. Is it possible that there is an issue with the files being nested in Bysoft or from our CAD drawings that is causing the machine to err out?

We have shut it down several times since my email went out and the error message has gone away. I have instructed the operators to let me know if it does come back up. I can still send you a picture of the message, but I will need to be instructed on performing a RAM dump.

We keep encountering the following message from the laser kiosk.

“Due to a graphics error visualization has been deactivated. If needed stop the production and restart the HMI.”

We have shut down and restarted machine however, it keeps coming back.
