I have contacted Bystronic support and am waiting upon their reply After talking with Bryan there is no update because no one is cutting right now.
They have been using the laser cutter all day today and have not run into that error. We are thinking someone probably set up 4 or 5 batches wrong in the system and that is what was causing the error.

The laser keeps throwing an error. Can you follow up with Bryan to get up to speed and stay in contact with bystronic support to ensure we don’t have downtime?
