[Enhancement] Tie footsteps/player sounds to "players" sound slider #101

The Footstep sounds are currently tied to the master sound control, and the player sounds for heartbeat and stomach are tied to "ambience". These sounds should be tied to the "player" sound slider so that they can be independently tweaked by the player.
