[SUGGESTION] Heat Haze #19

Would it be possible to add a heat haze effect to deserts and other hot biomes (plus the nether)? Psychedelicraft had one though, so an option to turn it off would be nice to avoid conflicts if it gets ported.

I would have to look at how they did it. I did look at doing something recently but that involved shaders and stuff - things I am not familiar with.
