(1.20.1) Ripple effects render incorrectly? #117

for added context, im playing this on forge via Sinytra connector

I noticed that the ripple effect looks off, plus it ignores the "false" option at the config so I cant turn it off. the other ripple effects are from visuality,tthe dark ripples are from dynsurroundings
