The log provided by the pastebin is the same error, but the block being ticked is different. Took a look at Reika's issues and it appears it was reported. Find a link here: https://github.com/ReikaKalseki/Reika_Mods_Issues/issues/216. Based on Reika's comment update DragonAPI to v8a.
