Sparql Endpoint #7

You should have this free with Marmotta. Are you thinking of wrapping it in a web form?

No! Our assumption is we get it free with Marmotta. If Marmotta doesn't work out then we have to think about providing an endpoint.

@zhang4952 This ticket effectively means start querying the sparql endpoint for Marmotta and make sure it'll do what we need for OD.

The sparql endpoint runs wells on a local Marmotta installation with skos.rdf and osu collection.nt in opqque namespace with filter. However, I want someone to double check the all_vocabs_query especially the query filter because I cannot find rdf.type in current vocabulary.

We are going to look into whether it would be better for OD to use a query rather than SPARQL for retrieving terms, so this is on hold for now.
