a lot of fetch labels issues in cpds, which I am urging us to come back to later; putting lists in the directory with the pids.

opaquenamespace uris from 10/11 comment do not exist not sure why the location does not work--I tried fixing the url (it's missing the slash on the end) in the GUI but it doesn't take. I think the loc uris have been addressed (unless they're in the previous 2 comments)
