the license used is http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ on https://github.com/OregonDigital/OD2/blob/master/config/authorities/licenses.yml, this particular uri uses https. there is a mix of http and https in the cc licenses. Is this something to remediate on od1? fix in the config? resolved, see child ticket

@lsat12357 the asset count between this ticket and items uploaded to OD2 do not match. I've left the ticket in Collection-level QA for now. Counts: ticket: 918 OD2: 864 difference: 54 assets
