This is presenting some problems with NVDA now that I didn't catch before. Even when CSS is used to transform things to uppercase, NVDA chooses to read the transformed text rather than the original, so "Contact Us" is being read as "Contact U S" (as in the country).
This may cause problems with link purpose / link identification that become failures without some kind of remediation.

Issue Description
I don't think there's a WCAG requirement for this, but generally speaking all-caps text is overused on the site and makes some text very difficult to read. I'm guessing this is a branding decision, but it's a good idea to revisit it. There are a lot of known problems with all-caps text for usability, but there's also some concern that the usability problems are significantly worse for people with certain cognitive impairments.
Looking at the homepage, above the fold there are already five pieces of text in all caps. If you expand "MY ACCOUNT", you see another four. There's The list of featured collections is headed with "FEATURED COLLECTIONS", and each collection tells you how many "ITEMS" it has with a link to "VIEW ALL".
Suggested Fix
For usability, especially for users with low vision (zooming can make all-caps text more "squished") or cognitive disabilities (for instance dyslexia), I'd like to see fewer places where everything is capitalized.
