Add in Content Mask for Collection #3132

FEATURE: Add in the Collection content masking on the front-end and test on the message display.

TO-DO:

[x] Add in the terms for it to accept in the collection form
[x] Add in the display once the warning is selected
[x] Make sure it cover and blur
[x] Test to see if the display work as intended
