map old rightsHolder #348

currently old rightsHolder predicate is mapped to nothing; this was somewhat intentional, however not all of the rightsHolder vals were moved to dcRightsHolder. Mapping the old predicate will fix this going forward, and we will have to update anything that has already been migrated.
