Bookmark Options need work #375

"cite" - just gives title in brackets "Export to Refworks" prompts for Refworks log-in. Does OSU have Refworks? Do we want to keep this option "Export to Endnote" prompted for a download for me, but when Barb Butler tried at OIMB it said cannot connect to Endnote server "Email" gives standard BL/Hydra fail message screen shot 2014-05-02 at 6 57 55 am

Do we want to get rid of those buttons? What behavior do we want for cite? Do we want to implement emailing? There are a lot of options, but we need to figure out what behavior we'd like.

It would be nice if they work but only if they can email any helpful information. Title in brackets is useless. If we can't fix, let's get rid of them.

I say we ditch them for now and put in a new ticket for post-post-launch :) (after the hard launch)

(Fixing them is doable, but unless it's critical, I think it's time better spent elsewhere - of course feel free to let me know if that's a poor assumption)
