Store PREMIS events #205

Feature enhancement for later and possibly for preservation reasons.

Do we need users to be URIs? There are no user profiles right now, thus no stable URIs.

Preservation metadata and descriptive metadata are different things. Fedora 4 has concept kind of like data streams. It doesn't use Fedora's support for triples. Alternative doesn't work yet - sub container blahblahblah/6/preservation metadata (nested object) ldp contains statement, stores metadata as RF resources in ldp. wouldn't be part of descriptive metadata. nested resource that would have all of the triples. If delete parent children go away. Trey doesn't know if it works. Direct container wouldn't work. regular container might.

Although our work on our digital preservation policy/actions hasn't gotten to this point yet (but we're close), I imagine that OSU is going to want all the designated PREMIS events stored. Some are more important and/or relevant than others.
